After gaining access to the Base, Blair Remy gathered with the Customer and Users in Building 861, Command Conference Room, to begin general project area discussions. Site visits were performed and photos taken prior to User interviews. The design team began validating the User questionnaires while sketching vicinity layout options for multiple facilities during an A/E work session. Issues regarding Environmental Permittiing, AT/FP, Base Fire Marshall, Base Architect, Base Electrical, and HVAC systems were discussed and outlined for the master plan. The final concept design was reviewed Day 2 and a resultant needs list was provided to the Customer.
