Harley Campbell at the University of Oklahoma programmed the Blair Remy Team, while in a three day charrette. The Team created a design study, while relocating and consolidating the Oncology branch, at a new site just off 10th Street in the OU Medical Center near downtown Oklahoma City. Parking requirements were met by providing a parking structure adjacent to the new Cancer Center.
