Approach
We Listen. We Visualize. We Draw.
We Listen. Acquire an understanding of the specifics of the project.
We Visualize. The most powerful means of conceptualizing and representing architecture is through the sketch. No matter how impressive the technology, architecture cannot be divorced from drawing. The drawing expresses the interaction between our minds, eyes, and hands. It is the reminder of the Customer’s idea that caused us to record it in the first place; thus, we apply this visual experience and our imagination to generate possible scenarios. The sketch serves as a visual diary, a record of the architect’s discovery of the Customer’s needs. Each drawing is there for the purpose of remembering options or studying options from listening to our Customer. Whether on paper or an electronic tablet, these physical and mental interactions to visualize in a drawing format become formative acts for the best possible architectural solutions.
We Draw. We rapidly transform concepts into realities, while maintaining design excellence. The final drawing is produced in the computer with the use of software like AutoCAD and Revit, the tools for Building Information Modeling.
We work hand-in-hand with each Customer to visualize, and develop designs, so that we may produce complete and descriptive architectural documents. Our Customers’ expressions of satisfaction and encouragement help solidify our commitment to design excellence, refinement of our skills, and our growth in the marketplace.
Each new project is coordinated through the Project Principal working in concert with the Project Manager who is responsible for customer liaison, design, scheduling, and budgeting. The Project Manager attends all Customer/User meetings and is available to answer questions and respond to Customer needs at all times. With the assistance of the Project Architect, who is also assigned for the life of the project, this system provides a truly exceptional level of personal service, design excellence, and responsiveness to schedules and budgets.
