A Major Pavilion was designed by the A/E Team to house Flea Market activities. The design includes a Restroom Pavilion as the first phase of a master plan to include a new Santa Fe depot and pedestrian bridges spanning W. Edmond Road on the east and west sides of the Santa Fe railroad trestle.
