Blair Remy (BR) Architects provided comprehensive programming, project definition, and A&E design services for a 355,350 SF four-story multi-agency building. BRAC required the consolidation of 31 different groups totaling 2,185 people from the Pentagon and Washington DC area agencies.

The Requirements Document (RD) report utilizes BR’s improved visual tools to enhance agency involvement and participation in the planning process. The charrette process included developing a sub-area plan; creating concept site plans, floor plans, interior space plans, building elevations, and concept perspective sketches. The information was incorporated into the two-volume RD in preparation for the Design Phase.
