The Architect provided Project Definition services which consisted of a three (3) day intensive meeting (charrette) at Scott AFB, IL. to develop concept site plans, floor plans, building elevations, and concept perspective sketches to clearly define the direction of the ‘Project’.

Currently, the 375 Security Forces (SF) Squadron operates in three separate locations at Scott AFB. The poor state of the facilities and lack of adequate resources have forced the SF personnel to develop numerous work-arounds and have decreased the effectiveness of operations.

The new 30,503 SF, one-story facility consolidates and supports SF functions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. In addition to office space, holding cells, interview rooms, classrooms, workout areas, control centers and assembly areas, the facility provides adequate storage for War Reserve Materials, weapons and ammunition, and traffic control devices.

As a follow on to Blair Remy’s project, the Tt team provided architectural and engineering design of the Security Forces Headquarters Facility. The new facility consolidates the base’s existing security forces operations into one location and includes training areas, classrooms, administrative/office areas, interview rooms, holding cells and storage for War Reserve Materials.
