Blair Remy, with their consultant teammate, Tetra Tech, developed a Requirements Document clearly defining the scope, requirements and cost for a new Fuselage Trainer (FuT) Facility at Little Rock AFB. The existing FuT facility is undersized for current and growing training requirements and will not be able to physically accommodate the new fuselage trainers being commissioned by the Air Force.

The project will be constructed in two (2) phases and with bid options. The first phase will construct the administrative portion of the facility and trainer bays for four (4) C130J model trainers, two (2) of which will be constructed for night vision goggle (NVG) exercises. As a bid option to phase one, all four (4) J model trainer bays will be constructed to NVG standards. The second phase will construct three (3) C130H model trainers, two (2) of which will be constructed for night vision goggle (NVG) exercises. As a bid option to phase two, the third H model trainer bay will be constructed to NVG standards.
